Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can exchange or return your order without hesitation within 14 days. 

Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and with tags and labels. The products must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own. 

The return shipment must be provided with a track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. 

If we have received your returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
